Thanks for this, but FYI your MEGA links for Service Manager Extended & Service History Manager(lite) - No Longer work.
Anyway, I've seen a few people reporting issues with the tools getting error: "SYS-0012: IDENTIFICATION ERROR". I am having issues too, if anyone has a fix or can see the problem, please help. Some basics: Using ICOM Next (Most & OBD) Car is an E82 (E8X) with CIC fitted. ----- I regularly use INPA, Tool32, Edibas, itoolradar, easy connect which always work flawlessly. I have been trying to get HU Service Manager (And/OR Service Manager Extended) working, but it always seems to be throwing error "SYS-0012: IDENTIFICATION ERROR" when trying to connect with this software. I have all the .prg file I thinkI need and these already work fine with Tool32 (cicr.prg etc) Am I missing something obvious here. Please look at all my attached screenshots? Thanks!!

Help how i cam return service history back?, i deleted all servise history in EVO (id6) ,and its gone, put again service some its write ok but i still dont have a menu service history, coding in EVO ok :service history-> active
