BDM readout of KVM (RFA) module MC9S12XD
I try to readout the firmware of an 7S7T-19G481-DA keyless-vehicle-module. The unit uses an MC9S12XD microcontroller and i managed to find the BDM pads on the PCB. But connection is interrupted by a (external?) reset-pulse after about 400ms of BDM-reset.
Does anybody know if there is an extra reset-chip on the board, needs to be disabled? I access the chip without powering the whole unit, the MCU get's power from BDM interface. |

I think this one is locked...try lifting reset pin
