XZBMW  BMW F10 CAS Pflash
Hi mates,
I'm new here forum.
I'm a locksmith from Portugal.
It's a 2011 BMW 5 series F10 525d N47S1.
CAS4 5WK50522DBR mask 5M48H.
Try program new keyless remote by OBD with AVDI but at end of programing said "frequency unknow". Same with Autel.
I use 868 remote, like original.
After that, i try program remote on bench with Autel, but something gone wrong, and now CAS don't respond.
Can't detect it by OBD and car don't start anymore.
Read Dflash and Fflash with Autel.
Please anyone can test If files is corrupted?
Or any solution?
Dflash i could open with VVDI and seems OK. Just missing Key cutting code and remote control frequency unknow. Maybe because this i couldn't program remote by OBD.
Already try 2 PFlash files, but never get response from CAS by OBD.
Maybe CAS hardware failure?
How can i test CAS hardware?
It's a 2 socket CAS4, which pins from socket car should i get ground and voltage to test if is a car problem?
Thanks in advance.

There is no CAS file repair in the autel ? Using Blue BMW VVDI all OBD2 for CAS4. Did this one need CAS unlocked with upgrade ?

Yes. I see that.
There's a way to repair DFlash? Remote is 868Mhz.

IM608.
Already could start car with a Pflash, but I still couldn't program new remote.
I think problem is permanent DTC on CAS: 93070D
There's a way to repair Dflash?

hi,

you can do all with autel, first reapri function, then you do programming in diagnostic with ethernet cable,
i send photo, then you select renew cas, all done then,
with autel i never have problem with bmw, autel can do everything about bmw,

RE: BMW F10 CAS Pflash
Ok.
Could solve problem with VVDI2.
There's an option to fix the remote frequency signal.
Fix it to 868Mhz and after that could program new remote.
Thanks.

RE: BMW F10 CAS Pflash
Be carefoul with autel and CAS4, i saw sometimes it brick the CAS (i used twice and i had two CAS bricked).

I use VVDI BIMPro Tool or VVDI2 (for any BMW F system) and it never brick the unit.
