In order to have it fully working you need to install the CCS buttons or lever and install the activation codes (license) using ODIS with online coding (SVM/Geko). If the dealer don't have the license and the CCS button or lever they can at least install the codes you bring yourself. Of course, there are other people who do have ODIS with online coding capabilities, you just need to look for them in your area (Facebook / Instagram is your tools for that).

rather than buying ccs kit from a dealer. It is more logical to install acc with swap operation.

If someone took the time to help you, the least you can do is take a few seconds and press two buttons!

That's not possible. You can't install ACC without having CCS fec already enabled.

Truble Solved !!!
Yes acc is no possible unlock without ccs instaled.
I buy ori retrofit ccs and instal this with activating code.
And unlock swap in front asist and instal acc button.
