EWS error in BDC G32
Hello, everyone!
There is a problem with the BMW G32. The car arrived in good working order, on its own. After updating to version 22-03 via ISTA, it crashed. At the moment, the car will not start, all control units respond, repeatedly reprogrammed as a separate unit BDC, DDE, and the entire car, does not help. Lost remote control keys, the car via the key does not open or close. Ignition turns on, starter cranks, engine does not start. Error BDC 8040E0 - Monitoring whether the DME / DDE secret key was written into the BDC or is not locked. Anybody know what to do? Very need help, please. About 2 weeks working with this car... and nothing. THX |

do you have ISTA logs? It will say which control unit failed programming the first time.
It sounds like BDC lost ISN or it damaged in BDC and or DME. What does the test plan say? |

you didn't specify where the block occurred during programming (BDC or DDE), a similar fault is when in BDC or CAS or FEM some keys such as the EWS5 has been deleted from the records.
From BDC2 onwards there isn't possibility to unlock it and change or edit anything inside. BMW F10 530d 0911

What it was like:
When the programming process started, nothing happened for about 40-50 minutes, after that the windows appeared about the end of the programming phase (rationing the sunroof, seats and other things). And there were a lot of errors, including 8040E0, and completely lost all the FSC codes in HU-H and KAFAS. Re-run programming, absolutely all control units are programmed and coded, but the errors remain. The programming plan at the moment offers only to restore the FSC codes and no more! And I don't understand what finally happened, what caused the keys to go off? How to avoid this in the future? |
