Motor not start after flashing, pls help! Seat ibiza 1.9
Hello guys
I have a seat ibiza 6j build 2009 with 1.9 tdi 90hp. The ecu ist Edc17u1. I have flash the ecu with ktag, with no problems and faults. Checksumm ist corect by win ols. After this i assemled again. The doors are open and close with the key. When i turn the ignition on, in the display the yellow spring are flashing and the motor dont start. No faults by carscanner . Any idea? I flash with china clone ktag, no faults. I flash the backup also dont work. |

Post here both files, ori and mod. You have connection with diagnostic? You see in diagnostic live data like RPM or atmosferic pressure?

With Ktag, if your ori file is ok, then just flashing it will start the car.
Did you checked if the car starts when you opened the ECU before writing the tune? I had a similar issue with ed17c50 and the issue was that just one SMD capacitor was damaged during the opening procedure. Try to find a HQ image of your ECU and look for missing components, also looking for signs of possible damage to pcb tracks. |

Could it be a problem with the key? Or on the reader coil?

I took a closer look at the circuit board with a magnifying glass and saw that a resistor looked strange. When I tapped it lightly with my finger, it then fell off. I then simply soldered it back on and now it works without any problems. So it was a hardware problem. the Stage 1 software from scoc runs wonderfully without any problems. Write back ori file, if car start then you know problem is with mod file, if you write back ori and car still not start problem is with e u hardware
