is immo off possible on DCM3.7 Delphi
This is GWM steed 6
I have reading with Ktag- MAPS
I registered Keys --Sucess! but vehicle no start Immo Light still blinking

no, only adapt withs online odis,
i was have same problem,
but its very easy with odis onliine,
