no one will share that procedure for free! some people make money with it. It's not so easy. If it was, everybody would done it. And besides, you need to follow some exact steps in the procedure. if u change something it will not work anymore!

I think you're not doing anything wrong, you're just using the wrong vin number. You have to find the correct vin number (vin number for car licensed online carplay, not vin number licensed apple carplay via fsc).
- Secure coding (NCD 2.0) fit to FA changed (Typschlussel, Serie, Region...).
- Remove component protection MGU18/21 (only case BDC replace).
- ID8.5 (SFA) conversion/ change region map.
- Virgin Kafas4, MRR, RAM used.
- Mgu patch, fsc custom match to vin, remove CP.
- Reset ISN 7DTC, 8HP for F, G serie (include EGS7).
- Write ISN MG1/MD1 with remotely.
- Carplay/Android Auto MGU with/without ATM (6AE).
