Hi,
Could someone move turbo and injection maps from 110 to 90?
Swapped turbo from waste gated to vnt and injectors nozzles(tne only difference between injectors).

RE: 1.6 HDi 90 to 110
110 turbo would be controlled by valve like 90 turbo

Both turbos are controlled by vacuum valve
Example of turbos in attachments

RE: 1.6 HDi 90 to 110
my point was: do you know the difference between the two "systems" if you know it then you should know that you need the ecu...wiring...ect .... from the other car so make this work as it should. Injection map is the least of your problems now. Why every body change injector on cars...... your original injector can handle the fuel that your engine parts can't handle smile . So start from getting all other part related to the turbo system if you want to make this work. The fuel is the last thing you should be worried about . this can be don to "work" but not in the forum...many test and many files ..... you will get many dtc for "pressure not ok" with this "setup".

RE: 1.6 HDi 90 to 110
The only differences between 90 and 110 is turbo and injectors(nozzles to be exact).
Engine is in very good condition, the only bad things is clutch, but will be replaced
I know People did this, but nobody want to tell anything

RE: 1.6 HDi 90 to 110
engine is in good condition except clutch, already no leaks, new timing belt with chain, new bigger radiator and intercooler
car was pierced by forklift, turbo got hit
i took turbo in excellent condition from friend's front ended car, then changed nozzles to bigger and recalulated ima codes
