MINI R60 FRM compatibility
So anyone knows which frm are compatible? Owner was working on the car and connected the horn to the parklight wiring. After working on it went for a drive and turned the parklights on. The horn was on for long before it was disconnected. After that the wires were correctly connected but now the marker light is permanently on. I assume the driver in the FRM has failed.

By looking at the parts catalog the same FRM is used in R55/R56/R57/R58/R59/R60/R61. There seems to be year ranges 10-12 and 12-15. AHL has different FRM vs. non AHL. Are there any other things to consider when searching for a used frm?

Have you check if frm has some short circuit issue (ista / inpa) For some bulbs firm has a redundant function , when a bulb fails it activate another to replace |
