BMW E60 535D 286PS Stage 3
Hey,

is there someone who is really experienced in tuning an 35d M57N2TÜ engine ?

Car:
BMW E60 535d 286PS 2008 SAT

Mods:
Hybrid/Bigger Turbos (big and small)

Bosch R90 Pump
selfmade downpipe 3,5" with 200" cat
Exhaust 3,5"
Wagner Intercooler

I talked to a lot of people but i get so much bad experience on that... like engine cut off... holy moly smoke etc...

So is there someone who has really experience on that?

Target should be
460-470PS
900-950Nm

Thank you.

PM me

Its the Bosch R90CP3

Turbo from HM-Turbotechnik in germany
should be power up to 470ps (first stage from HM-Turbotechnik)

2.8Bar!

- High-performance compressor wheel Extended-Tip

- improved bearing

- Enlargement and gap optimization of the compressor housing

- Overhaul and fine balancing of all components

- Modification of the exhaust housing

I made 1100 + NM drag car with that boost(3.6),but you will need serious cooling system for what you need,is not enought just the stock one.
Also you need lot of logs,or a dyno!!!

tuning this with only logs would be very time consuming, but if tuner willing to help fair play!

unsure why spend all that on car and then ask for forum tuner though? is there no one local with dyno?

i always tell it how it is wink

1100nm is not possible with 3.6bar boost , do you mean absolute or?

3.6 bar including atmospheric is barely enough for 910-930nm
