-> Try to flash 11_CaesarEngine_090.zip with sdconnect Administration again. Use 12V Power from OBD or accu.

DCDI_eErrorCode=204:
- > Try to flash Files in order: 02 -> 01 -> 03....zip in Administration

Voltage supply ok? Did you already uses the c4 or is it new? Ip configuration ok? What about connection status in tray?
