Hi all have a customer car, battery went flat. if you leave battery diconnected and then connect with key in ignition it will start you have to turn of put key back in and its starts. soon as you take key out. put key in it will turn engine over but wont fire if you play with battery plus terminal clicking it till immo light on dash goes of it will start again. anyone know best way to redo key or is it best to get a locksmith and not have headache once done car is being sold for guy.

What tools do you have ? Launch x431 should do Try to reprogram key and test

Hi Thanks for your reply i am new to this immob want to learn more. yes In have just got the x431 and getting my head round it, cannot get it to see vin number auto or manual input. japen import.
seem the ecu is locked can read as ecu but not connect through nats or key or immob,
if i leave battery of for long time, overnight will start but then only way is disconnect battery and tap live feed and get immob light of and then starts but think i will kill ecu so so far only way.
so at a bit of a lost tried local locksmith but dont evn want to come and try, spoke to local electrician he not interested, i have had fuseboxes out and ecu and bcm checked all fuses relays and wiring. i also removed a add on immob unit and old alarm system, thinking it was that.
really i am lost but trying to help a friend. love the challenge but challenging it is. but a huge thank you for replying, will take another look.

Practice and fails and lots of tools
Will make you expert as long as you know what are you doing
I think no true company will give you lessond except some social media and some on fb adv that they give lessons or sell you documents to read
my opinion stay tuned to CT FORUM HERE AND FOLLOW prob posted by others and make search over web for sure someone have same problem and its been solved
Count on your self and its ok if challenge beat us but next time we will beat it
