Copy install folder to drive C:/ disable UAC,run like administrator,worked for me.

Thank you very much, it has worked for me, at first I copied the folder, but it did not work, and then I tried to copy the files from that folder to the C directory, and running as administrator it has already been installed, greetings

No, PETKA doesn't cover Lamborghini. Skoda, Seat, Porsche, Audi, VW, VW Commercial and Trucks. I think that Lamborghini has their own separated EPC  and I don't think that I seen it anywhere for download.
