VCI test report with Xentry Passthru !!!
Hi CT friends
I would like to share with all members the result of a test of several tools in Passthru mode with the "Xentry-Passthru" software of King *****PESONA***** The tests are carried out on a W204 model with Xentry, DAS has not been tested here is the result: The tests taken into account are: - The battery voltage (if displayed on the software = OK if not displayed = NO OK). - The duration of the 5 steps before reading the control units. - The number of modules detected by the tool in question. To know : The tools can be different from each other due to manufacturer differences using different components and especially depending on the quality of the components but it is more or less the result: 1.) DICE (Volvo_VCI) - Battery: OK - The duration of the 5 stages: 1 min 44 sec - Reading of control units: 22 Modules 2.) Openport 2.0 (with black PCB) - Battery: OK - The duration of the 5 stages: 0 min 57 sec - Reading of control units: 41 Modules 3.) VAS5054A - Battery: NO OK - The duration of the 5 stages: 0 min 55 sec - Reading Control Units: 41 Modules (with SAK or SAF-XC161CJ-16F40F chip) 3.b) - Reading of control units: 32 Modules (with SAK-XC167CI-XXXX chip) 4.) Mini-VCI (for Toyota V1.41, 2.0.4 would be better?) - Battery: NO OK - The duration of the 5 stages: 2 min 10 sec - Reading of control units: 20 Modules 5.) Scanmatik 2 Pro USB - Battery: OK - The duration of the 5 stages: 0 min 51 sec - Reading of control units: 50 Modules 6.) Scanmatik 2 Pro Bluetooth - Battery: OK - The duration of the 5 stages: 2 min 41 sec - Reading of control units: 50 Modules 7.) Scanmatik - Battery: OK - The duration of the 5 stages: 1 min 01 sec - Reading of control units: 41 Modules 8.) MDI-GM - Battery: OK - The duration of the 5 stages: 1 min 05 sec - Reading of control units: 41 Modules 9.) BOSCH KTS 560 - Battery: OK - The duration of the 5 stages: 1 min 05 sec - Reading of control units: 33 Modules 10.) UCDS for Ford J2534 (Orange) - Battery: OK - The duration of the 5 stages: 1 min 13 sec - Reading of control units: 41 Modules 11.) VCM II (Ford/Mazda) - Battery: OK - The duration of the 5 stages: 1 min 05 sec - Reading of control units: 41 Modules - In addition, other VCI passtrhu test but without making a report. - VCI Actia_Multidiag (rework thanks to king *****Fantomel*****), works very well with the x64 driver of king *****Roturbo***** especially with DAS - Cantiecar works well too. - AVDI passthru mode no visible battery voltage, difficult in Kline but can work without problem. Here is this experimental test coming to an end, see you soon with other shares, wishing you all good health. Glad to be of service to CT members. |

RE: VCI test report with Xentry Passthru !!!
how many modules for CanTieCar?
I own one, but have not had a chance to connect to any MB car yet. As good as Scanmatik PRO - all 50 modules, or a little rest, 41, like the most others? |
