I have a Cooper S with swapped engine. Original N14B16 is swapped with N18B16 and also original MED17.2 ECU and engine electrics are swapped with MEVD17.2.7.
I tried removing immo from MEVD17.2.7. and only got so far that the car starts and run once. After that it won't start again.
It seems like car reprograms immo part (or something similar) and locks itself afterwards.

I don't know what logic is behind Mini's immo, so maybe I did some error when removing immo part from flash? Or do I need to physically "cut" some pin so car can't reprogram immo part by itself?

There is ori and immo off file in attachment.

Krug's solution is working fine. Car starts every time, so this problem is fixed.
