edit: I only extracted SDP with 7zip to its place and didn't use the installer, but alway did it this way - can this be the issue?

When you used the ISTA installer, did you tick the option to install Programming data(SDP) as well? 
I think you didn`t install it with the SDP, maybe you just clicked next when asked you what to install and clicked next without checking the box for Programming data.

yep, I extracted/installed SDP zip manually after installing the SW with the installer

I did this so far and never saw this notification, but it seems it is not okay anymore

1. This indicator was added NEWLY in 4.36. It was not there before AT ALL. Hence you could never have seen in IN PRINCIPLE before.
2. You MUST update registry after extracting SDP. Your registry still says SDP at 4.31 version.
3. Not exactly clear whether you extracted it from istapackage or from full SDP archive.

Which line you must update in registry sdp for motorbikes.


I tought you can use the same sdp for cars and motorbikes.

My swi-data is 4.36.12 in registry.

Is there another line for motorbikes?

So you can not programming motorbikes with this version 4.36.14 sdp 4.36.12?

You can, but the ISTA displays on the main windows for motorbike n/a! Interesting, but who cares?
I updated with this version the bike and the I level became 22_03_504.

Anyway, the official release for bmw mobike is 4.35.42!
