Hello everyone

It is possible any way to backup actual installed firmware from car systems (VW Passat CC) like motor, transmission, climate control and ect.

You can backup coding from the modules via OBD port using VCDS.
But why do you want to backup your current firmware?No need to back it up as you can just make a note of your current software versions on your modules and you can revert back anytime using ODIS engineering(vis VAS5054a) and flash files from VAG Flash disc.

After update on firmware 1012 don't work front heat for seat. Coding and adaptation do not help.
