Does anyone have running ODIS-S & ODIS-E & VAS PC on Window 7 32bit or Windows 8.1 32bit?
Does it still apply that first ODIS needs to be installed and then VAS PC?

Yes i have these in one of my pc under win 7 32bit and working very good!!!!
Vas-Pc 19.01.01
Odis-S 2.2.4 with postsetup 6.50.40
Odis-E 5.0.14 + 6.0.9b + 6.2.2
1st install Vas-Pc then Odis-s and in the end the Odis-E.........

For VAS PC some files need to be set to compability mode, right? How do you run two versions of ODIS-E? 5.0.14 & 6.2.2?

It is famous what we need to use for we run the Vas-Pc under windows 7 32 bit m8.....
The compatibility mode as windows xp sp3 in the three exe files as you said.....
For Odis-E just install the 6.2.2 native and the other two in two virtual machines!!!!!!!!!
