can anyone help. i bought a renault captur 2016 with r-link1. the radio has been reset and now does not work on the fm band or the buttons on the steering wheel. navi and rear view camera work properly. can see with x431 there is no win number in the radio anymore.I have updated through r-link toolbox without success, am I going to renault or can I save it myself with help from you?

nope did not work. s till the same

Than you'll probably need to edit parametrisation with ddt4all. Unfortunately I don't have much experience with it..
