I have Hantek 6074BE, works good, but wave samples are really limited. Also have hand held unit Hantek 2D82, good thing about it, it has waveform generator, automotive friendly menu.

I would say Hantek is the cheaper alternative compare to Pico, of course it won't have the feature and support like Pico.
