KAFAS4 in G05 reject repair pack after ignition cycle

KAFAS4 in G05 reject repair pack after ignition cycle
Hello, I've got G05 (18-03 I-level factory) from US where KAFAS4 accept repair pack FSC and reject them everytime after ignition cycle. There are two SWT faults and FSCs are rejected.
 Car was flooded but camera wasn't in water and it seems to be original factory fitted (ISTEP on camera match to car ISTEP). 
It's programmed and coded to VIN. Whole car is programmed to newest Ilevel 22-03.

BDC was exchanged on factory new and other modules were exchange on used one, but they are working fine.

Do you think it might be faulty camera? Or maybe previous owner exchanged camera on used one?
Only BMW services:

Remote coding/programming - E, F, G serie
HDD change, Carplay, Screen mirroring activation
FSC pack - CIC, NBT, NBT EVO, ENTRYNAV2, MGU, KAFAS
Remote reset 8HP ISN F serie
ELV disable for CAS3, 3+

Easily solvable. Can take a look remotely.
