Maybe HDD structure (partitions and folders) are different in Japan HDD, so I would suggest to prepare new HDD

Unfortunately, the customer haven't returned for the second look yet
The reason that wonders me is that this is not the first NBT in my experience and today I've made the same thing on the other car and everything went fine Anyway thank you guys for all advices |

Had the exact same issue. Car got Converted from Middle East to ECE and then back to Middle east.
FSC were fine but HU stuck at Loading Navigation and Update failing. Reflash of the Unit made it work again. |

The HU will decide the FSC required based on the HU coding. Vo Code Check FSC, if A0 showing load USB with bin file. On completion all FSC should remain accepted A0 showing and maps USB can be loaded. Important step is VO code first so the HU expects A0 I don't know much, but if I've helped you're welcome.
