Any idea why ISTA asks for these operations and how can be resolved?

All operations normal on flashing with ISTA.
Only one problem you have, your Kombi is not the correct hardware. You must install the correct one. Or use ESYS for flashing then you can handle „not original hardware“.  If my post helped you hit the thanks and reputation button. Thank you.  |

Or fix your FA (when possible) so ISTA expects the hardware which is actually in the car.

WHAT can we tell if you keep part#/HWEL of installed kombi a secret??? Also VIN (or at least type) would help.

This 6WB cluster is for >3/2020. Your car is from 2019. ISTA can’t handle this retrofit for flashing, diagnostic is no problem.
