Greetings to all members, 



I have a problem with one retrofit NBT Evo in F30.


Every time the car goes to sleep, the music from usb or internal memory starts from the beginning of the folder, whether it's video from usb or music. It's the same with the radio, if I last listened radio station from the saved radio stations, the next start is the same radio station, but not from the saved radio stations, but from all radio stations. It seems to be losing memory somehow. Everything else is ok, does not lose sound settings, etc.




I-Step update did not solve the problem.



Any help is appreciated

Did you use a CAN-module?
If yes, this causes this failure, had this in my car. Changed the module to an other type and it worked.

Thank you for replay, I don't want to think is normal, must be something, I done so many EVO retrofits and this is first one with this problem, must be solution. Thank you anyway

No, I never use CAN filter for evo retrofit, sometimes OEM FSC, rearly, and most of the time I use patch solution ... Thank You for replay

No, there is only "Random" option, it is not something that causes a problem....

I found a solution to the problem, the problem is when the car goes to sleep. then it loses power and then memory... I will update soon, I need few more days to test, so far working last 7 days...

I found a solution, tested it and everything works as it should. it is relatively simple.
Pin number 15 on the NBT quad connector should be terminal 30, but for some reason that pin loses power when the car goes to sleep,
Solution is on the rear fuse box I replaced the pin that supply NBT to new, not used terminal 30 fuse (20A) All tested and working.
I hope this will help someone one day.
