i dont have partial read.
the car does not have obd so i couldnt read from obd. the car has ads socket under the bonnet.
i read the chips by removing from the ecu with programmer

for partial solution i think you mean changing 0x23 to a non-zero value

Were you able able to find a method for the EWS delete?
Cause I am in the same situation, If yes, would you please share it ?
