depend of that on what "part" will be used , different uses(oil pan\water pump\ valve cover\ blocks...ect) different sealant. Some part have vibration ...movement....ect.... that is why is different for every use.

Yes but from where? As i told different place different sealant in my shop is at least 4 different sealant for oil
