DME dead after trying to downgrade, any idea how to reflash this?
Hello all,
I was recently downgrading my DME of Z4 M40i 2021 with SDP 4.15.12. Actual I-Step was 2022-03-552, and Target I-Step was 2018-07-540. At that time, I didn't know that DME differes from my car and 2018 built cars. When I do Read SVT from ECU with E-Sys 3.40, I see two btlds existing at the same time in DME_BAC2, no swfl nor swfk, no cafd, and one UNKN. I tried flashing with original I-Step I had, and had no luck. My car now refuses flashing swfl & cafd. Does anyone have similar problems with me? Thank you in advance for any advice! |

I think it's recoverable, the exact same thing happened with BDC Body, can be done with esys
