Have ordered from mk3.com a original Fiat Iveco Key PCB, because have read that only with the original the remote works. Have learned the key to the car, car starts but remote does not work. Now i used a xhorse universal key and also remote does work.

Is there a way to unlock the original PCB, in Autel IM508 menu there is an option, but need 7 CS Byte from the file for making dealer key.

Hi,

if car starts fine, maybe only need learn remote. Is there no remote learning option in im508 for this iveco ? I never tried iveco.

Is the file read ok? From the description and dump file name it looks like a 2012+ Daily, using the 95640 eeprom, but the size of the dump is only 4kB, not 8kB! It seems like an incomplete/incorrect read.
But this seems strange as you did make a dealer key...
Is this indeed the raw dump? Or a file created by your key programmer?

As your Xhorse remote does work, did you order the correct Iveco remote? There could be a difference between Marelli and Delphi BSI's like Fiat...
Did you program the keys with the same key programmer?

What other tools do you have?
Some programmers lock the chip. Then it can't be unlocked by the 7 CS bytes / ISK, only by reloading virgin dump to chip (PCF7946?).

Have read this file with IM508 over OBD.
Have ordered the original PCB for Marelli

For key learning I have only the IM508.

Ok. My IM508 doesn't recognize dump. It says incorrect file size... If I add rubbish to add up to 8kB it does read it.

I will try later this week with other programmers and maybe find ISK.

You ask for a 7 byte CS, but this is for ID48 keys... ID46 Hitag 2 keys have a 6 byte ISK.
An Iveco Daily from 2012 (newer type) should have ID46, as the name of your dump implies.
What key type is it? ID48 of ID46?
