First, BDC has NOTHING to do with this.

You are getting missing BTLDs on LVM and VDC units. IMHO those are NOT supposed to be reflashable and they NEVER changed over all i-levels. You get units with those BTLDs and they are supposed to stay there forever (according to KIS). Hence they were never distributed with psdz data.

However you just dumbly clean svt fully out yourself so ESys has no choice but to calculate updates for those BTLDs and hence you have a problem.

In options of esys deselect "Check software availability before TAL execution"

Yesterday, I have to flash an LMV to actual i-Step (including bootloader).

Which LMV and VDC are you talking about EXACTLY??? My answer was specific about EXACT HWELs in OPs SVT file.

Beats me why is it so hard to believe that some simple early hardware did not have reflashable bootloader...
