U have install patch and drivers for unit? Disable signatur drivers if win 10. U need to manual select and install drivers from directory. If u have done correct. Then maybe the unit is defective.

return it for refund money. most of KT200 will die soon and will get not refund from chinese sellers who will promise also the moon to you.
