I have a bmw 1250rt 2021 with TFT. Old display damaged in an accident, I bought a used one with less mileage. How best to assign vin number and mileage to the meter. I was thinking about doing a combi flash esys 

is there any risk I read about the tool32 option but I think flash is the best option?

First change vin on table and then synchronize milage with ISTA... Bigger milage will be adopted

Does that mean on the table? I don't have programmers. I have tool32 esys and ista, can I do it with these programs?

luckily no need change VIN on Bench, first coding and then adjust the mileage, flash is optional

I did a flash kombi yesterday. It took almost three hours. Later ISTA waveform alignment with DME. And it works .
I have a question and how is it if I had a meter used with a higher mileage than a motorcycle?
I heard that it only goes when we have a lower mileage in the meter that we want to adapt.

At first upgrade Firmware TFT require three hours, next upgrade max 12 minutes, also ecall Ecu require around two hours for upgrade, If you insert kombi with higher mileage respect DME, after adapter mileage, motorcycle shows mileage from TFT, same thing you did with DME (vice versa)

I coding with Esys, after i adjust mileage with ISTA , but Ever The mileage going to up.

In all BMW Models rule applies is highest mileage between Ecus is the master, nothing else
