XZBMW  ATM No network after ECU FW update
Hi,

I have an issue with telematic services after update firmware.

My car is originally from US and has an integrated ATM module with an active subscription on Connected services until 2023.

A few days ago I update FW on all ECU's one by one using E-Sys, complete with no problem.
After that ATM can't register cell network, ISTA shows no error.

I tried to call service function status and it shows:

Network reception level: No signal
Sim cards status: Login rejected

Do you have any ideas about how resolve it?

RE: ATM No network after ECU FW update
Are you sure the ATM comes from your vehicle? Wasn't it exchanged?

RE: ATM No network after ECU FW update
If the ATM is retrofitted, that’s why you have this problem.
Or it’s from yours VIN car?

RE: ATM No network after ECU FW update
You wrote yourself in the first post: "My car is originally from US". Which sounds like it supposes that it is no longer in the US. So ATM must have been exchanged to different one if it worked before... Hence all your problems.

OR explain normally what car that is and where is it now...

Hello,

yes thats right, the car was imported to Germany and all worked well.

Remote services and connected drive all options are working.

My BMW App was running and i could do the remote services.

After I updated the ATM to newest I level, nothing works anymore.

So I run ista, checked the ATM an see the errors in my first post.

Thx

I don´t know which typecode the guy uses, it was a "proffesionell" shop so i trusted him... But later i heard that he had to update the prvosioning data and don´t do this... So i am stuck at the moment... is there a chance I can check if he uses the right version for update?

Cheers
