XZBMW  CODING/PROGRAMMING ISTA D
Hello everyone. Does anyone know if independent modules of our bmw can be programmed-updated with ista d as with ista p in expert mode? Formerly with ista p in bmw you could choose a module and encode it or update it. Now with this view it is not possible. If we have a module that is retrofitted, we must remove it to update all the modules as a whole. Do you know if there is any other way? Thank you

RE: CODING/PROGRAMMING ISTA D
You should use Esys , if you want to update few modules only! In Ista only possible to update whole car, there’s no option to update only one module

RE: CODING/PROGRAMMING ISTA D
ista d is good for what its used for, but its restricted and will only do what is required ie program all modules, there are other softwares that can do what u want such as esys, vvdibmw, autohex etc

you can update it with ISTA P only one module , but exist some condition when one module update depending by another module update .
