Hi everyone!


I got a problem with CP initialization on EVO headunit, as you know, the procedure can by done by ISTA, it seems to me that tool32 also does it, but how?

For example the retrofitted EVO 4.1 on F56.

The problem is that with the faults B7F87A(HU-H Theft-proofing mode active), Ista does not show me the ABL option for CP initialization, I have tried several versions of ISTA and it is still the same thing. 
The funny thing is, in g11/20/30(EVO/MGU), ista shows me the ABL option to initialize CP every time, even if the CP is not triggered.

Of course, the CP on EVO does not pop up anymore(it does reject the FSC). 

Does anyone know how to do CP initialization with tool32, or how to enable the ABL(ABL_DIT_AS6510_HU_KOMPS_INIT) option in ISTA so that it is there all the time. 
I understand that when it comes to retrofitting the EVO 4.1, ista sometimes does not get it properly.

Fault code says CP active. If initialization is not correct it will give fault code regarding that!
So you need to remove CP first. If initialization is not correct ista adds it to test plan so why the hard way?

I think you do not understand mate it is hard for you! I wrote that ista does not add the ABL option even after the test plan, and cp is not active, I have already run FSC 170, the error in test paln its says that " I need to do CP initialization" but ista doesn't give me that option!

Like I said before.. and will explain again. Your fault is telling you that cp is active! The HU will tell you when initialization is needed. Oh and since you doubt my knowledge I assume you can read better than me and know more than me. See in tool32 jobs and find what you need, because it is there

Your coding is wrong

It is better to flash it again and then get a feature installer code to "remove" the CP. It will take about 10 min to remove CP if you have HW 4.1 or older.
