change the extension to zip and unzip it in the sqlitedb folder

sedoy dont make an 4.37.1 standalone...

and trying to make those files working with last version youl get many problems. it can be fine temporary but we almost never get any french version. the last i get was 1,5 year ago. french people are not those who like to help each others by sharing there french files they will unfortunatly try to sell it to you. (im from france but not with bad mentality, i hope im not like that)
