Its possible but the hand of guys are able to do "it" risks a lot. Problem is legally considered you help to fraud BMW when you remove the code for a customer/person who needs it removed for warranty case or leasing end etc. I spent MUCH time on many cars to "study" it.. its possible to remove the flag even on latest cars after tuning and if you know how to code / manipulate dflash, you can let a tuned car showen as "NOT TUNED". I dont say its possible to manipulate deep fasta data but if you/BMW Dealer starts ISTA and connect to the car, i dont know 1 single case where a mechanic or even BMW with remote check are searching for FASTA values when ISTA goes through the usual first check while connecting the car without having S0777 trouble code.

Its even possible for VAG cars where its called "TD1" but I only say "flag"... Same procedure when they connect ODIS in workshop to the car... only difference is, that there is no popup or message that tuning is detected. Its only possible to see it when you check VIN in VAG internal system

i had offers 7-10.000EUR to remove S0777 100% clean from a swedish customer ( not my tuning ) with M5 F90 dead engine but i declined - like i said.. when you know why you should help its clearly a FRAUD case and you can go to jail for it - no dumb joke
