SOlved. Car going well. Eddi67 - your solution for immo cloning is right.
I just didn't understand why you have putted p-flash file inside, and as i didn't get answer - I have bought immo-cloning solution. Which gave me same file as yours. I have used that and all worked (by the way - not all was done, no car going, but exactly immo problem was done.) After that all we know what need to do after immo is done, but car not going and showing wrong software dtc.
And after that - all is perfect.
