INPA shows UIF (user information field) and it may not reflect actual VIN stored in module. You can just code AFS with NCS and VIN will be written and all done, but you will still not see this VIN in INPA because for this you need to write UIF in tool32 or program the module with WinKFP with option checked "UIF write in comfort mode"

What for do you need ISTA-P? It is basically just coding in NCS and calibration in ISTA-D, unless you would need to program it for some reason then use winkfp
