Hi ! 

I have this unit P31387534 with XC2361-72F mcu.  

I need to clear the crash data. Tested other solution but the DTCs U3000 appear after make the clear data. 

Anyone could support me with a correct file ?

write the crash dump back to the module and check if you get U3000 Fault code 
if yes then you have a corrupted Crash dump

Thanks for the support. After write your eeprom, no crash data detected and no dtc U3000, only left this code, marked red to be sure if is normal or need to delete it.

because you test on bench no install on car.all dtc is show

Your module wireline have probem.you test on bench have read dtc,module is good

With the ori eeprom have communication with the car. Strange
