XZBMW  NBT EVO ID6 Flash Problem service RoutineControl CheckMemory IndicatedCheckValue retu
The hdd has failed due to the unit liquid contact. While programming after hdd replacement, the device lost communication and no connection could be established. To repair the device, we repaired omap with the support of friends from the forum. Now I can't program the unit successfully. We could not solve the problem even though I inserted a DVDROM from another unit. I need your support on this issue.

maybe adjust block has been modified? look at the 

Likely a failed gps retrofit?

If you swapped the disc drive and it’s still failing at 271a, sad

So, there is only one conditions at 271a:

Adjust block steps in and it gets verified to match all components and it checks DVD Drive if it's working.
So as Rob said: Check dvd or adjust block

You need to repair bootloader/adjinfo first and have a stable headunit.
EntryNav2, MGU, Evo - carplay with or without ATM, full fsc, component protection and more.
NCD 2.0 secure coding - typeschlussel (typecode) change, region change
