1. CMD runs as administrator

2. Run the following command in the DOS command window

 1) Check my computer's defaults
    "netsh int tcp show global"

 2) Mega Download Settings
     "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=set value"
   for example, netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=experimental

Setting value: highlyrestricted / restricted / experimental / normal / disabled

Change each setting value and download it to mega and test it
