ISTA Programming with ENET
Hi,
Throughout the years I have heard that ENET cable should not be used for car programming G series cars. Then again, they say the same thing about K/D-can cables for E series. Personally, I have made dozens of successful programming sessions with K/D-can cable on E series. Also, I have read posts from people who have successfully updated whole integrations levels without any issues, but only warning about not to do that. Never actually seen a post about someone bricking their ECU's due to that. Just wanted to get a feel on how you all look at that. Thanks |

Thanks, Of course, I also want to delve into ESYS as well, but currently I'm looking into upgrading my G11's I-level. Trying to get more experience under my belt as I move to more complex sets of software. I find that ISTA still has its place as a quick diagnostics and update platform. Thanks. A €20 cable some 8 years ago. |
