Hi all again
i finally got to update my new xprog m v50 to v551 and i update it and got all authorization but i still have the same problem when i try to read motorola mcu it always say device silent timeout error but with serial eeprom like 24c01 and 93c66 and 93c46 it is working good read and write and verify is any one having the same problem ? can anyone help with this ? thanking you all in advance ![[Image: OxNUyuy.jpg]](https://i.imgur.com/OxNUyuy.jpg)  Always new stuff to learn  Skype: raffy.haddad File services : multi brand ecu immo off , VW solutions : immo transfer immo off , pcr 2.1 immo , BMW EDC16 IMMO OFF , .... I have two Xprog. One I programmed to 5.51, update went fine and works good. The other one I programmed the ATmega, program update went fine, but it wanted to update online. The serial # is 000000000000000000000. I changed the Atmega with a new one, programmed it again and absolutely the same thing happened. Then I copied the 24C04 from the good one, programmed the Atmega again, and it still doing the same thing. Any advice would be appreciated.

Pcb rework...check your tool,compare it with full quality one or original and make it identical.buy full quality components no low one

Today I have reflashed my dead xprog 5.5.0 to 5.5.1 using xprog to xprog connection. I have so far tested it by reading motorola HC05 3D33J and was read successfully.I am happy.

I tried to flash my xprog that said device silent. and i could not make it work until now. can somebody show me pinout for miniprog? thanks!
and i have a full backup of xprog m if i flash it on the xprog will it work? |

Check your connection, configuration and make sure you erase atmega first
