I downloaded the files, but how do I install it. Do I have another setup file that I need to download?

This for off line license with 4.37.4x packages included. Install with BMW ISTA Launcher.
 If you don’t have it then use Sedoy Stand-alone.
There’re the files you needed to update 4.37.4x
  • 4.36.xx complete files.
  • 4.37.1x - 4.37.3x files.
Search in forum for ISTA install files.

Which explanation do you mean?
The launcher isn't that complicatet to use but you have to know how it works and which files you need and where to place.
