Hey guys, i started learning ECU remapping 4 weeks ago. But it is really hard cause english is not my native language and its hard to understand the tutorials. Problem is there are no tutorials in german language out there..


I watched the vagecumap EDC15 & EDC16 course and tried to tune a file to Stage 1. I downloaded the original file on other forum.

File is EDC16 VW Passat 2.0

This is my first time with WinOLS and tuning in gerneral so please dont be to hard with me 

It would be nice if some of you guys can have a look over my file and tell me what i made wrong or what i can do better.

Attached is original file and my .ols file. Cant export the file cause im using the Demo version of WinOLS5.

Why would you increase whole X axis in almost every map. That will cause huge decalibration, especially in Duration and Torque to IQ maps.

Hey many thanks for your reply.

I did not changed the whole axis, i changed only 1 entry in the axis. In the Duration Map for example i deleted the 7mg/stroke and added 75mg/stroke on the end of the axis. Same for other Maps.

Should i do it different ?
