Opel Meriva A HFSI2.1

i have big problem with opel hfsi 2.1
->car dont start,
The car was previously tried to be repaired by others. 
I bought an ecu with a guarantee and transferred the immo data with original carprog.
->car dont start,
now in diagnostic stay. dash and bcm wrong vin number,
if i then try to change the vin in bcm, you can only change 7number.

does anyone have good experience with opel hfsi2.1?
how i have to act?

I am not sure if carprog good on this ecu , try with opcom reset and readapt
You need both pin code orig and donor
