hello guys,maybe someone has some smart idea (i will accept even dumb ones).we have 1.6 tdi golf 6,and rail pressure is too low..we have changed pressure sensor,fuel pump in tank,fuel pressure regulator and reset it..pump and 2 injectors were send to testing and guy say that they are ok(other 2 are hard to take out so we didnt want to break them).when we drive the car ,pressure always stops at 650 bars when it is needed (vcds) 1050 and give us error for low pressure..everytime we need pressure more then 1000 bars we got this error and real pressure never goes over 650-700 bars-..in idle and low revs cars work normal,no smoking,no weird sounds..did anyone had this problem before?

Did you haved iron filings in fuel filter?? If yes, must change and clenijng everthig from tank to injectors. In my case: tank, filter box and fuel lines was clening . Changed pressure rail, pressure regulator, pressure senor, fuel pump, fuel filter. High pressure pump and all injectors go to the regeneration. you have to do everything at once.

we didnt have any filing in fuel filter,we thought about that.it is very stupid car and very weird problem..people said that pressure regulator could be still broken(we bought a new one),tomorrow our friend with touran will come and we will change his ramp with sensor and valve to our car and see if we have the same problem

Strange thing with injectors.. in this enegine if all is ok, injestors can be soft easy removed..

car is finally fixed!lost of pressure was because of the injectors,soon as they have been fixed car had no problem getting desired rail pressure!i hope this will help someone to save time and money in near future!
