Hello!
I have not much experience/knowledge with BMW yet - I'm just a DIY guy. So, I'm trying to help out a friend, who asked me to read out "drivetrain errors" in their car - CooperS F56 with 2.0 B48 engine. You can see found DTC codes below: What is most probable culprit for these errors with these engines? From the owner's words, car behaves normally after clearing DTCs, errors have not reappeared yet. |

change spark plugs to oem, because i have seen many problem with aftermarket parts as bosch
also you can swap ignition coils between 1-2 and 3-4 cylinders, if error appear on another cylinders change coils BMW FSC RETROFIT PACK: CIC / NBT / NBTevo ID4/5/6 entryevo

For sure new spark plugs and/or coils is the first step, as noted above.

I believe, spark plugs have not been ever replaced yet, still OEM from factory - so your theory may be very true!
Will check and replace them for sure. |

I would say spark plugs and coils also, but spark plugs first.
I have purchased mines from my local BMW dealer and they was from Champion brand with the BMW logo on them... So if you want to spare money, you can buy Champion directly, or buy NGK which I honestly have more trust with... If I only knew... Please click Thanks & Reputation if I helped
