BROBLEM IS WHEN CLIC ON THE STAR TO START THE CAR

CAN'T STAR AND IT SAY ONLY THE VERROUILLAGE DE LA DERICTION DEFECTEUX STOP

SO WHAT CAUSE POSSIBLE

I did I delet all DTC but still not start

2 DTC still in the 2B verrouillage de colone de deriction 

1 . is P160A calculateur defectueux 
2 . bus de donnees ;valeur incorrecte recue

and other one in B7 interface d'acces et d'autorisation de demarage 

B1248F3  verrouillage electrique de colone deriction validation de borne no plausible

the solution i have to flash ELV 
but when I try to flash the ELV can't go on it' say that the antidemarage not debloqe  
means antidemarage active 

so I need solution to debloqui antidemarage first that what i'm looking for
